Storage Room: In the bottom level of Sunny at the fore of the ship is a crescent-shaped store room directly underneath the Men's Bedroom. It contains all the supplies needed for repairs to Sunny as well as weapon supplies.
Soldier Dock System: Franky's coup de grace, a 6-chamber rotating dock that houses a number of ships and devices for aiding the crew anywhere from shopping to underwater spying to cola-powered paddle wheels.
Usopp Factory Headquarters: A fantastic room of gadgets all waiting to be assembled or redesigned by Usopp. His branch office on deck can't compare to the flexibility and privacy this room offers.
Ladder to Energy Room: In the aft of the sublevel are a set of stairs and a ladder that leads to Sunny's Energy Room.
Franky's Weapons Development Room: Not satisfied with outfitting Sunny to the brim, Franky is always at work on new weapons or designs that could aid the crew. His knowledge of conventional/practical weapons makes a good counter to Usopp's more 'creative' approach to armaments.
Perhaps Franky's most surprising creation onboard Sunny is the Soldier Dock System, an intricate rotating turnstile-like 6-chambered series of rooms forming a circle within the belly of Sunny where each contains either a nautical vehicle or enhancement for Sunny. By using the dial on the ship's helm the rooms may be rotated and the shutters located on the sides of Suny, each denoted by a number from 0-4, may be rolled up by pulling the neighboring lever. Since the floor of each room collects water, each vehicle may be launched with ease directly from Sunny. The standby room, a stationary circular section of flooring at the center of the chambers, may be accessed by a ladder from the grassy deck. Each room has a number written on the interior shutter doors which remain closed when not in use. This room is also home to the capstan which winds up the anchor.
The spaces between chambers act as hallways that lead directly to the stern and aft of the ship, the former leading to the ship's storeroom, the latter to the lower Energy Room entrance as well as Usopp's Factory and Franky's Weapons Development Room.
Channel 0
Two chambers are called 'Channel 0' and they contain Sunny's cola-powered paddle wheels which can help the ship move when there's danger near or the sails lose wind. They can even help the ship move in reverse or spin independently to turn the ship left or right.
Channel 1
Channel 1 is home to 'The White Trojan 1'. This is the result of Franky's tinkering with Nami's waver (which he did without permission to her chagrin). He gave the device a wooden horse-themed nautical motorcycle look which resembles the Trojan horse but which could easily be mistaken for a a rocking horse theme. The Japanese name 'shiromokuba' literally mean 'white wooden horse' where mokuba is a term that could mean both Trojan Horse or rocking horse. He added a light to the nose of the horse head.
Channel 2
Perhaps the most nostalgic and heartful of Franky's additions to the ship is Channel 2's 'The Mini Merry 2'. Capturing the spirit of The Going Merry with its design is this miniature four seat tug-boat that the crew can use to go shopping.
Channel 3
Seeming technologically far beyond its time is Channel 3's 'The Shark Submerge 3', a three seat spying submersible. Designed with a shark theme, three crew members (2 in the front, 1 in the back) may ride in the belly of this mini submarine. It comes equipped with a Phone Snail for communication with the crew as well as an extending periscope.
Channel 4
Channel 4 is...well that's a secret.
