Women's Bedroom: Nami and Robin share the luxury of this spacious room on the second level of Sunny in the fore.
Kitchen, Dining Room & Infirmary: Sanji's kitchen and adjoined dining room in the aft of the ship are an chef's dream come true with the main mast running through the middle serving a number of helpful uses. The infirmary and pantry are also a part of this complex.
Ladder to Surveying Room: Althrough there is a door that leads into the surveying room from the 3rd Floor, it may also be reached by an indoor ladder at the aft of the ship.
Hatch: A sealable hatch leading to the fish tank. Fish that the crew catch may be placed into the tank through here.
Kitchen & Dining Room
On the second floor lies a block of rooms that were previously all cramped into one on Merry, the kitchen and dining room. While the corresponding room on Merry served as a kitchen/dining room/lounge/meeting room/helm, they now have a full-sized 8-chair dining room table (with room to spare) and a kitchen to die for.
This high-end kitchen is more than just a gift to Sanji, everyone wins here. With a suitable workspace the crew's chef can now cook up culinary delights that simply wouldn't have been possible on Merry. Take for example the giant oven which is wider than the dining room table that can cook up just about anything. The bar along the divider allows plenty of room for resting prepped dishes or provides a casual alternative to the table. The main mast running through the room has even been put to use as a dumb waiter that delivers drinks to the Aquarium Bar below which are as easy to order as giving a shout from below. Located behind the Main Mast is the pantry which houses a variety of unprocessed (a defense against Luffy's appetite) food. Just to the left of the extra large burners is the coup de grace, a refrigerator with a lock. Sanji has been yearning for such a device since Chapter 302 in hopes of warding off Luffy's voracious jowels. Only he, Nami and Robin know the combination, 7326 or in abbreviated Japanese 'Na-Mi Ni-Ro' or Nami & Nico Robin.
The third room in this block is located towards the aft and is Chopper's own slice of heaven onboard, the infirmary. The details of what instruments Chopper has access to here have not been detailed but we're likely to find out sooner or later. However, what seems to stick out in Chopper's mind as the best new 'tool' is a spinning chair with wheels so he can roll back and forth between the bed and his desk with ease just like a real modern doctor. Incidently, so long as no one is recovering or resting in the room, it's commonly used as a shortcut from the kitchen to the aft.
