Rotary District 7470 invites students ages fifteen through twenty-four years old to take part in a special cultural exchange this coming summer in the country of Japan! The Rotary District 7470 and District 2670 Short Term Youth Exchange Program has been in effect for over twenty years. This annual exchange program is designed for students to interact with the Japanese people and culture, forming new friendships around the world. This three-week trip is an experience unlike any other as students will go places, meet people and see sights normally not possible on typical exchange programs, not to mention most tourist programs! Students will tour the main island of Honshu before moving on to Shikoku, the smallest of the four main islands in Japan, where they will meet and live with several host families across the island's four prefectures. If you or a member of your family is interested in participating in this experience, please click here to find out how your can apply. We hope that you will consider making this remarkable experience a part of your next summer vacation!
