CONGRATULATIONS!
You have found the fourth of my secret pages! What you see above is Eiichiro Oda's original design for Don Krieg as it appeared in One Piece: The 2nd Log. Note his tremedously large collar which accentuates his emaciated figure. Is this supposed to be a result of his starvation? Perhaps! This sketch's forgotten soul appears to have lived on in the design of another lanky character much later in the series. I'm just glad we ended up with the final product!
