It is quite possible that in addition to the four forms Chopper discovered on his own, other transformations exist. It is very likely we will see more as the series progresses.

The sentences above this were written in 2003 and in 2006 that prediction actually came true. As mentioned on the previous page, when Chopper eats three Rumble Balls he loses consciousness. While that may be true to a degree, it's not exactly what happens. Upon eating the third Rumble Ball Chopper's Zoan-Type Devil Fruit powers blow out of control transforming him into a monstrous rampaging beast. This form has not been named by Oda yet but the One Piece Yellow data book lists it as, "Devil Fruit powers running out of control". Some have referred to it as Monster Point, this has not been proven as of this writing. The form itself is easily 20-25 feet tall and sees Chopper revert to a violent primal state incapable of distinguishing friend or foe. He cannot even form words. Some of the unique characterisctics are his wide eyes lacking pupils, a heavy coat of hair from his chest to his shoulders, gnarled antlers ending in sharp points, hooved feet upon which he stands upright and human hands where the phalanges appear to be formed from, or at least covered in, rough hoof-like protein. During the Enies Lobby arc it was revealed that he first changed into this form on Drum Island while working on perfecting the Rumble Ball. He transformed into the monster by accident and in his rampage nearly destroyed an entire village before somehow being sedated. There are no known conventional means of restoring Chopper to himself without submerging him in water, a process that puts his powers back in check. Unfortunately, just existing in this form, while useful in tough battles, is a double-edged sword since the unnatural transformation forces his body to exceed its known limits. If he spends too much time in this form he could die. As of this writing, Vol. 48, it is unknown whether or not Chopper is aware of exactly what happens to him in this state. All he seems to know is that he becomes something capable of indiscriminant destruction.

It's possible, that Chopper just might have performed a miracle and connected with a dead soul. During Chopper's struggle against Doktor Hogback's creation Cindry he pleaded with her body to stop listening to the evil Doktor's orders. It seems that he somehow reached her soul as the shadow-puppet zombie body ceased functioning against orders and even cried. Later the zombie shell was seen winking at Chopper indicating that he had somehow crossed the line of life and death, reaching her soul.
